OUR PROCESS

stage 1

We take your ideas and produce a 2D Design which needs approved before paintwork starts. Your ideas can be anything from your favourite colours, flags to show nationality, or another design that has caught your attention. The base design is then sent for client approval and adjusted before going into full production.

stage 2

Once a design has been approved it’s time to get painting! The helmet is stripped, including base and eye port trims and interior padding. All vent holes are blocked to prevent solvent ingress and we start laying down base coat. CCP aim to have your completed project finished within a 2 to 3 week time frame.

stage 3

When finished you will be sent a HD video of the finished project for final sign off. Delivery can be either be arranged by post or pickup in person. If you wish to have a item shipped this is at the customers own cost. Or you can simply call into our workshop.
